Swedish professional freeskier and alpine ski racer Jon Olsson is best known for his abilities on the snow, but he has also become quite renown on the aftermarket automotive scene over the past few years due to his love for fast cars.
So meet what Jon calls “the most extreme R8 in the world”. I think he might be right, don’t you?
This Audi R8 has been tuned by the team at PPI, and pumps a staggering 600 horsepower out of the V10 engine. probably also making this the most powerful snow blower you can buy.
The car has been equipped with 10 layers of clear coat over the paint and carbon fibre to ensure that this thing can take a beating in any weather conditions. It has also been widened, and now stands wider than a Bugatti Veyron whilst still having the same power to weight ratio as an R8 LMS race car.
Of course what would one of Jon Olsson’s vehicles be without the bespoke ski box on top of the car, equipped with LED lighting and a ski boot warmer that run off an independent power source as to not drain the car’s battery.
This car is crazy, its not your typical choice for a snowy climate, but I like Jon’s style!
