The McLaren 750S: Unrivalled Power and Agility
The all-new McLaren 750S is the lightest and most powerful series-production McLaren, boasting a power-to-weight ratio of 587PS per tonne. With meticulous attention to detail and around 30% new or altered components, the 750S outshines its renowned 720S predecessor.
Unprecedented Weight Reduction
The 750S weighs a remarkable 193 kg less than its closest competitor, thanks to features like carbon fibre-shelled racing seats and the lightest wheels ever fitted as standard on a series-production McLaren. The Spider variant adds a mere 49kg, maintaining an impressive power-to-weight ratio.
The 4.0-litre, twin-turbocharged V8 engine produces 750PS and 800Nm, enabling the 750S to reach 0-100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds and 0-200 km/h in 7.2 seconds (7.3 seconds for the Spider). Optimised transmission gearing and a revised kickdown control strategy further enhance in-gear acceleration.
Advanced Suspension and Handling
The McLaren 750S introduces the latest generation of McLaren’s acclaimed Proactive Chassis Control linked-hydraulic suspension (PCC III). The upgraded system delivers greater agility, feel, and feedback, setting a new benchmark for supercar performance.
The interior is designed to maximise driver engagement, with a new column-mounted instrument display and rocker switches for Active Dynamic settings. The innovative McLaren Control Launcher (MCL) allows drivers to store a favourite combination of aero, handling, powertrain, and transmission settings, accessible at the touch of a button.
Exciting New Features
The 750S comes equipped with Apple CarPlay, USB-C and USB-A fast charging, and an upgraded rearview camera system. The new vehicle-lift system raises the front of the car in just four seconds, faster than any other McLaren.
For those seeking track performance, the 750S offers a track brake upgrade, Super-Lightweight Carbon Fibre Racing Seats, and Pirelli P ZERO Trofeo R tyres. The central-exit exhaust, inspired by the McLaren P1, delivers a distinctive crescendo.
Distinctive Design Elements
The 750S refines its predecessor’s design with a new lower nose section, narrower intakes, and rear wheel arch vents. Rear aerodynamic revisions include a lengthened carbon fibre active rear wing, positioned above the central-exit exhaust.
