There are numerous online games you can choose to play via your console, one of which is the stunning Forza Horizon 4. Where, for most of its history, folks have been yearning to find the fastest car in Forza Horizon 4. Playground Games, the franchise proprietor and developer created this game with two objectives in mind namely; performance and quality.
Whereas Forza Horizon 4 was designed for online gamers, there is the “solo” mode where you can play the entire game while offline. While in solo, the race will be between you versus the built-in AI Drivatars. These digital creatures are so precise albeit intimidating at first, but once you get the hang of it, the gameplay becomes a breeze.
The game begins with the outstanding performance through high-walled arcade-style virtual roads that often tantalize the gamer into wanting to play more. The best part is that Forza Horizon 4 has a fleet of over 450 cars in its library including some of the fastest models, ten of which are listed here below.
Fastest Cars In Forza Horizon 4
Below is the official list of the fastest cars in Forza Horizon 4 with a top-speed tune.
- Ferrari 599XX Evolution – 323 MPH
- Mosler MT900S – 302 MPH
- Koenigsegg CC8S – 298.5 MPH
- McLaren F1 – 285 MPH
- Bugatti EB110 SS – 282.5 MPH
- Koenigsegg Agera RS – 284MPH
- Koenigsegg Agera – 273 MPH
- Pagani Zonda Cinque – 272 MPH
- Bugatti Chiron – 269 MPH
10. Bugatti Chiron
When everyone was speculating about what next after the last Bugatti Veyron exited the assembly line, Molsheim had quietly developed a Chiron; a super- coupe that is equally a head-turner in terms of performance and design architecture.
Although the Veyron is faster than Chiron in practice, gamers can tune it to go faster than Veyron on virtual roads thus surpassing every other car in the Forza Horizon 4 library. With the ability to sweep 261 MPH, Chiron can punch past just about anything in front of it.
It is undeniable that the Chiron is among the quickest cars on Earth based on its performance figures. Behind its incredible power is a gold mine W16 quad-turbocharged engine whose output yields 1,479 horsepower. The W16 is an 8-liter engine with a torque of 1,180 Pound-Ft.
It comes as no surprise that Bugatti Chiron can shoot from 0-60 MPH in under 2.6 seconds. Although the manufacturer puts Chiron’s top speed at 261 mph as recorded during the test runs, this monster is said to have registered an astounding 304.77 MPH in practice. This is over and above Veyron’s acclaim on the world’s top speed title.
Likewise, on the console, gamers can subject the Longtail Chiron to full throttle especially when it’s been skillfully custom-tuned to achieve higher speeds. There are two simulations of Chiron to be found on Forza Horizon 4; one being LEGO (which was introduced alongside LEGO Speed Champions in early 2020) and the other, the original Chiron version. Let’s look at the specs that make the Chiron such a fascinating car.
Chiron Pur’s Specifications
Maximum speed limit: 261 MPH
Maximum speed limit with a tune: 269 MPH
Horsepower: 1,479 BHP
Torque: 1,180 Lb-Ft
0:60: Takes 2.5 seconds
Engine: 16-cylinder turbo-charged quad engine (W16) with an eight-liter fuel capacity
Additional Notes: Custom made Michelin Tires (in sizes 355/25 R21 and 285/30 R20)
9. Pagani Zonda Cinque
Next rank on the hierarchy comes Pagani Zonda Cinque; an Italian-made hyper-car that was launched in the recent past. Following its entry into the automobile industry, the Italian automotive manufacturer; Pagani Automobili has made fierce inroads into the competitive arena with the likes of the new Huayra and Zonda models.
Pagani Zonda Cinque happens to be the only model that gamers can fetch from Forza Horizon’s Massive library. Given the fact that only five units ever came out of Pagani’s assembly line, this car is as rare on the streets just as it is located on the gamers’ console.
But if you were to purchase the Zonda in the virtual world, chances are that you would get as many models as you can afford. Tuners have had a way of cranking Zonda’s gears to make it cruise at 221 MPH.
There is no lack of garage space in virtual cyber-space, so owning as many Zondas in Forza Horizon 4 won’t have your garage filled up. With Forza Horizon 4, you get a virtual-based platform where you find navigating along arcade-like drive-in scenarios is completely intuitive and customizable.
In essence, Zonda, once it’s let out of its den is bound to rake havoc on the virtual open roads. Of course, nothing less would be expected from a 669 horse-powered Zonda with a 12-valve 7.3-liter engine other than superb performance.
Added to a torque of 575 Lb-Ft, Zonda evokes images of exotic high-power attributable to a present-day race car. And this means that Zonda hoards enough power to let it consume 221 miles in 60 minutes but picks up from 0-60 mph precisely in 3.4 seconds. In some cases, navigating the meandering high-walled virtual corners may be the limiting factor that inhibits Zonda from devouring the roads at sonic speeds.
Pagani Zonda Cinque Specs
Maximum speed limit: 221 MPH
Maximum speed limit with a tune: 272 MPH
Horsepower: 669 BHP
Torque: 575 Lb-Ft
0:60: 3.4 seconds
Engine: 7.3 liters (12-Valve mated) 575 Pounds/Ft of Torque
8. Koenigsegg Agera
The Koenigsegg Agera is one of the fastest street-legal monsters to emerge from the Swedish carmaker. Whether it is in the real world or behind your game’r driving console, this car’s performance reminisces a beast on Swedish roads but thanks to Forza Horizon 4 the beast will always remain tamed in the virtual world.
Certain design aspects allow gamers to upgrade or tailor specific car specs to improve its aerodynamics. Only Koenigsegg Agera in Forza Horizon 4 has this feature. Once it is upgraded, Agera can attain terrific speeds to the tune of 249 mph.
The Agera comes adorned with every adorable feature associated with supercars in its class which include specs such as 811 Lb-Ft of torque, a powerful 5.0L V8 engine (twin turbocharger) plus an impressive 947 horsepower.
With all these attributes combined in one hyper-car, you cannot afford to lose concentration while competing otherwise, you crash and see it go up in smoke. If you feel your current budget level is not enough to achieve your desired performance, perhaps you can save a little more and have your Agera’s top speed boosted beyond 270 MPH.
Koenigsegg Agera’s technical specifications
Maximum speed limit: 249 MPH
Maximum speed limit with a tune: 273 MPH
Horsepower: 947 BHP
Torque: 811 Lb-Ft
0:60: 2.8 seconds
Engine: 5.0 liters V8
Additional Notes: Twin turbocharger
7. Koenigsegg Agera RS
Forza Horizon 4 is home to yet another Swedish Koenigsegg that performs similarly to Agera in equal measure. And that is Koenigsegg Agera RS which has to be the world’s fastest record holder.
Unlike its brother competitor, the Agera RS is not to be found in ordinary Forza Horizon 4 game-play because it is a DLC automobile that requires additional money for you to be able to drive. Once you put in extra cash, you get rewarded with various quicker versions of the RS with the capabilities to devour speeds above 280 MPH. This is 10 MPH faster to any car nut compared to driving a regular Agera.
In practice, Koenigsegg Agera RS still holds the record for being the fastest production vehicle ever built (277.87 mph). More impressive, though, is how fast gamers warm up to RS even after Bugatti Chiron (Longtail) broke its record with an unimaginable 304.77 MPH. However, industry pundits would want RS to retain the world’s “fastest car” status whether in the virtual or in the real world.
You need to be cautious though because unlike in the real world, you won’t be able to own RS through ordinary game-play in Forza Horizon 4 unless you pump in additional cash. Again, unlike in the real world where you require $2.6 million to purchase the RS, Forza Horizon 4 has two options through which you can own the car. You can either acquire the car at $2.99 or spend between $10 and $15 for the entire DLC content.
Agera RS specifications
Maximum speed limit: 277 MPH
Maximum speed limit with a tune: 284 MPH
Horsepower: 1,341 BHP
Torque: 1,011 Lb-Ft
0:60: 2.8 seconds
Engine: 5.0 liters
Additional Notes: Dry weight 1,395 Kilograms
6. Bugatti EB110 SS
You will recall that back in 2012, the car that reined the streets as well as in Forza Horizon’s virtual world was the super-sportive Bugatti EB110 SS. The Italian-made EB110 SS was then the fastest car before being humbled by newer entrants in the likes of the Bugatti Chiron. It would appear that Playground Games like to adhere to a traditional culture going by the way they’ve retained EB110 SS as the fastest car model in their series.
Justifiably, gamers, with the help of tune-up features can punch EB110 SS to attain 282.5 miles per hour.
Since its first debut, three decades ago in 1995, EB 110 SS has lived up to Bugatti’s commitment to quality. Had it not been for its rock-solid performance and dependability, EB 110 SS would have lost its luster to newer, more advanced models.
But 30 years have gone by yet EB 110 SS has surpassed multi-generational integrity to date. Although newer, more advanced cars dominate the present-day race tracks-both in Forza Horizon 4 and the real world, one Bugatti Supremo remains hard to tackle on the roads while the same can be attributed to Bugatti OG.
Following its debut, EB 110 SS soon became the newest buzzword in media houses across the world largely due to its deviation from traditional Bugatti design lineage. EB 110 SS has a V-12, 3.5-liter engine spinning the wheels resulting in a whopping 608 hp throughput. With a torque of 479 Lb-Ft, combined with the above figures allows EB 110 SS to sprint from 0 to 60 MPH in 3.14 seconds en route to its top mark of 209 MPH.
Although these figures look quite impressive, more surprises lurk behind the console in the virtual world where Forza Horizon 4 lives. This is where EB 110 SS alongside a couple of other models can be custom-tailored so to improve their profiles. This is made possible through proper calibration settings which, if properly tuned will see EB 110 SS consume 283.5 miles in an hour.
EB 110 SS specs
Maximum speed limit: 209 MPH
Maximum speed limit with a tune: 282.5 MPH
Horsepower: 608 BHP
Torque: 479 Lb-Ft
0:60: 3.14 seconds
Engine: 3.5-liter

5. McLaren F1
There are many ways in which fiction closely mimics reality, more so when it comes to playing virtual games in the world of Forza Horizon 4. Virtual game architects often strive to design them to be as close to reality as they possibly can-fast one as fast and vice versa just as in the case of British-made McLaren.
During McLaren’s reign, (1967-1971) top speeds of up to 240 MPH were achieved. However, Forza Horizon 4 allows you to attain higher speeds with the same vintage car. For instance, with McLaren F1 in-game play you can pull top speeds that average about 286 mph.
Because vintage cars like McLaren lack state-of-the-art design features to make them rank high among the present-day exotics, their appearance on this list is as justifiable as is Bugatti EB 110 SS. Car nuts, gear-heads, and the general car enthusiasts agree that McLaren is the greatest legend of all time.
It comes as no surprise, therefore, that McLaren F1 found a slot in Forza Horizon 4 because it is still as performant in the virtual world just as it did during its heydays. Its legacy has much to do with the opportunities it created that led to today’s existence of hyper-cars on race tracks.
With BMW’s designed V-12, 6.1-liter engine under the bonnet, McLaren’s torque of 479 Lb-Ft-is enough to swivel the wheels into motion thus creating no less than 618 hp. And while everything on the chassis works properly, McLaren would sweep 240 MPH.
The carmaker was right when it invested in a rock-solid F1 whose impact is still felt after two decades since its first production. This fact holds even in the Forza Horizon 4 world right behind the gamer’s console.
1993 McLaren F1 specifications
Maximum speed limit: 240 MPH
Maximum speed limit with a tune: 285 MPH
Horsepower: 618 BHP
Torque: 479 Lb-Ft
0:60: 3.2 seconds
Engine: V-12, 6.1-liter
Additional Notes:
4. Koenigsegg CC8S
Here comes yet another entry from the Swedish carmaker on this Forza Horizon 4 list; the Koenigsegg CC8S. Unlike the Agera model, CC8S is a lesser-known breed with special design features based on the base CCX version. You can expect more from this rare gem, more performance, more convenience, and more value.
CC8S is unavailable in the conventional Forza Horizon 4 Auto-show because its contents were added much later after its debut. Interested gamers can either buy the Auction House if they want to own the car or wait until Playground Games announces a seasonal reward. It is not until you lay your hands on CC8S to appreciate why it is so much sought after by gamers.
It’s not only rare, but it also demonstrates rare speeds; topping at 240 MPH. And that’s a feat it’s willing to replicate even in the virtual world of Forza Horizon 4. Besides its rarity, CC8S is among the priciest models in Forza Horizon 4. If Agera RS and Koenigsegg Agera are the carmaker’s representative brigade in today’s hypercar world, RS stands in to represent the cradle from where it all began with the Swedish carmaker.
With only six CC8S that came out of the drawing board, their stats and design attributes served as the best benchmark for Koenigsegg’s future. A couple of stellar specs endeared CC8S to every car nut and online gamers alike. Sadly, CC8S is as rare on earth just as it is in the virtual world of Forza Horizon 4. Although you won’t find it in the ordinary version, gamers are left to imagine the damage it could do while tearing the roads at 240 mph.
In addition to having an incredible amount of power, the CC8S could also accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in under 3.5 seconds and hit a top speed of 240 mph.
Koenigsegg CC8S specifications
Maximum speed limit: 240 MPH
Maximum speed limit with a tune: 285 MPH
Horsepower: 655BHP
Torque: 553 Lb-Ft
0:60: 3.5 seconds
Engine: 4.7-Liters
Additional Notes:
3. Mosler MT900S
A lot is going for Mosler MT900S in the same way as the modified Jaguar D- Type although the two bore no similarity in specs except for appearance.
The MT900S was once the fastest car in reality, but if you want to replicate the same feat in Forza Horizon 4 it may require that you swap every component verbatim. Arguably, MT900S being stock, isn’t as impressive as it should though it’s built on a superb lightweight platform.
And basing it on this fact, MT900S can have its extra weight chopped off, i.e. if you are swapping it with a Lambo V12 to make it a 4-wheel drive car too. This tunes it to push 298.5 MPH. In Forza Horizon 4, Mosler comes with a powerful 435 HP, V-8 derived from Corvette Z06 under the hood which is not quite at par with its billing.
MT900S can whack from 0-60 mph in 3.1 seconds which compares better than many of today’s versions. However, it is possible to unlock MT900S’ potential if you tune and tweak it the right way to produce 298.5 MPH.
Mosler MT900s specifications
Maximum speed limit: 200 MPH
Maximum speed limit with a tune: 298.5 MPH
Horsepower: 435 BHP
Torque: 400 Lb-Ft
0:60: 3.5 seconds
Engine: LS6 V-8
2. Jaguar D-Type
Talking about the Jaguar D-Type is like crossing over to another level where car insanity in terms of modifications as well as speeds takes center stage. The first noticeable modifications you would notice with the D-Type are meant to achieve more speed and overall performance.
Not many gamers understand the glitch associated with Jaguar-that it beats most renowned car models including the newer versions in Forza Horizon 4. A classic Jaguar that’s properly upgraded would whip 297 MPH a whisker from the 300 mph record-breaking mark.
Going by the extreme performance of cars in Forza Horizon 4, it is not enough to say the engineers at Playground Games are crazy with ambitions. Most of the cars in their library adhere to real-world specifications which add to make the game mimic the real-world experience with real-world performance capabilities. It would not, however, be surprising to find a tailor-tuned Jaguar in Forza Horizon 4 returning over 300 mph or more.
If the phenomenon is indeed a glitch in the game (some gamers believe so) then you would be glad it is an aspect worth appreciating. Nothing is more thrilling than a swish past the renowned legends in the likes of McLaren, Lamborghini, or Ferraris on the road behind the D-type steering wheel.
Jaguar D-Type specs
Maximum speed limit: 162 MPH
Maximum speed limit with a tune: 302 MPH
Horsepower: 250 BHP
Torque: 242 Lb-Ft
0:60: 4.7 seconds
Engine:3.4 liter
1. Ferrari 599XX Evolution
Unfortunately for the Koenigsegg and the Chiron, the car that would take the honor of shattering the 300 mph mark is none other than the lesser-known Ferrari 599XX Evolution. If you are lucky to purchase the 599XX Evolution via the Auction House or get hold of it in an event, you will be driving the quickest car in Forza Horizon 4. Of all the automobiles listed hereinabove, 599XX Evolution swipes them as effortlessly as wiping an Android LCD screen with your index finger.
Undoubtedly, with the 599XX Evolution’s top speed of 323 MPH, no other car in Forza Horizon 4 comes anywhere closer to it. However, you never know what comes of Playground Games’ future iterations. Just as it is surprising that the fastest car in Forza Horizon 4 is neither Bugatti nor Koenigsegg, the 599XX Evolution is equally so elusive to acquire.
What’s possible with the 599XX Evolution in Forza Horizon 4 is like the fantasy in a real-world situation according to its specs. Practically, the 599XX Evolution produces 730 horsepower output from a V-12, 6.0-liter engine. Torsion capability is 516 pound-feet while its speed apexes at 240 MPH. Indeed, it is a privilege to own a car that rakes 323 mph whether in the real world or Forza Horizon 4.
Ferrari 599XX Evolution specs
Maximum speed limit: 240 MPH
Maximum speed limit with a tune: 323 MPH
Horsepower: 730 BHP
Torque: 516 Lb-Ft
0:60: 2.9 seconds
Engine: 6.0-liter V12

FAQs On The Fastest Cars In Forza Horizon 4
If you still have some lingering questions on what is the fastest car in Forza Horizon 4, our FAQs here might give you some answers…
What Is The Fastest Car In Forza Horizon 4
Without any performance tunes, the fastest stock cars on Forza Horizon 4 can easily be found with the usual marques. These include the likes of Bugatti, Pagani, and Koenigsegg. But if you want the fastest car in Forza Horizon 4 outright, you’ll need to find the Ferrari 599XX Evolution. Its base top speed is around 240mph, which is just about okay by FH4 standards. However, a few high-speed tunes could easily bring that up to a whopping 323mph (or over 520km/h). Acceleration from 0-60mph would take just 2.9 seconds, courtesy of its now-modified 6.0-liter V12 engine. That alone should be able to crank out a mighty 730hp and 516 lb-ft of torque.
What Is The Fastest Drag Car In Forza Horizon 4
If you’re looking for the fastest drag car in Forza Horizon 4, there’s only one factor that you should pay attention to the most… All-wheel-drive. With four-wheel traction on hand, it’ll handily beat out purely front- or rear-driven cars off the line. Besides the superior grip, you’ll also need a beefy engine to throw massive amounts of torque to all four wheels. In FH4, the fastest drag car that you can get is the Lamborghini Aventador. Crucially, it has all-wheel-drive, and a gigantic V12 engine. It could manage a top speed of 231mph, and most importantly, has a 0-60mph time of just 2.8 seconds. It should be able to put up a pretty tough fight in any drag racing event.
How To Get The Fastest Car In Forza Horizon 4
The absolute fastest car in Forza Horizon 4 is the Ferrari 599XX Evolution. Given how capable it is at beating practically any other car, it’s understandable that it can be rather tough to find. Early on in its launch, you could purchase it on the Auction House for a hefty 20-million credits. Back then, it was also possible to get one by redeeming a pass at the Horizon Backstage event. However, it seems that the 599XX Evolution is no longer for sale there. These days, you’ll have to wait for this car to become a prize again if you want to stand a chance of adding it to your garage. On occasions, you might find it for sale on the Forzathon Shop. Or, as a reward for accomplishments in the Festival Playlists.
What Is The Second Fastest Car In Forza Horizon 4
The title for the second-fastest car in Forza Horizon 4 is a somewhat perplexing choice. Technically, the old Jaguar D-Type is the second fastest, with a top speed of 302mph after a tune-up. This is nearly double the D-Type’s original top speed of just 162mph. However, this is only possible through a modification glitch and exploit. If you want a more legitimate approach, the Mosler MT900S should be the second fastest car in Forza Horizon 4. Granted, you also need a lot of modifications to get it there. But once you’re done, you’re looking at a car capable of getting up to 298.5mph.
Other Games
Forza 4 is one of the best car games out there. But let’s not forget there are lots of others that are related and not just focused on racing.

Thanks for the comment, Vic Sullivan!
As Bob Time helpfully pointed out, you need the Ferrari 599XX Evolution, not just the normal 599XX. In addition to the base car itself (which is pretty fast on its own), you’ll need to install some new top-speed tunes, which should comfortably take it past 323+mph, or 500+km/h.
Thanks
