Baby Driver is a modern car film, released in 2017 and directed by Edgar Wright. Ansel Elgort stars as the main character Miles (or ‘Baby’), a getaway driver living in Atlanta. He is obsessed with music, thought to soothe the tinnitus he gained as a result of a childhood car crash. Baby Driver follows Baby’s career as a getaway driver, helping crews of robbers to evade the police. It gained a lot of traction when it was released and is considered to be a modern classic of the car film genre.
